Every November the Mile High Hosts host a conference in Denver called The Good Neighbor Summit. The event brings together a lot of different vendors in the short-term rental industry, for networking and education. It also features speakers who speak on important topics related to the industry such as legislation, management, and safety. I photographed the event this year and last year and got the opportunity to meet a lot of these local STR vendors. Some of them I have since referred to my clients. So it got me thinking that I should do a blog post that I can refer my future clients to where they can easily access these Denver vendors.
The vendors included provide one or more of the following: Market Research, Consulting, Design, Photography, Property Management, Safety, Education, Community and Advocacy. I've grouped them accordingly:
Market Research is the first step usually taken when considering where and whether to invest in a short term rental. AirDNA is a well-known company for researching best locations for investing in a short term rental, providing property data and competitive insights to help investors decide on best locations and property types.

Consulting is a valuable service for investors of all types. Consultants can give you advice on managing your own property or how to find the right person or company to do so. They also can provide guidance on designing the interior of your property, hiring a photographer, and recommending handymen and cleaners.

Design Once you are done researching and purchasing your property, the next step is planning the design of your property.

Photography Once your property is properly staged, you will need to have it photographed for marketing and listing purposes. Professional photography is highly recommended.
