Denver Real Estate Photography
Professional Denver real estate photography is essential these days. Did you know having professional images can increase your view rate by 95%?! Professional photos will attract more buyers and thus result in a higher price on your listing.
I’ve been photographing interiors for over 5 years now, shooting with ambient light but also adding some flash to eliminate most shadows and lighten dark areas. I can provide any service you would need for a real estate listing, be it still images, aerial images, 360/3D scans, floor plan or video. I also offer discounted pricing on packages of 3 or more services.

FAQs About Real Estate Photography
What Services Should I Choose?
Your realtor will have an idea of what services are best for your home. Everyone does at least still images. Many people also add a 360 walkthrough tour, aerial images, twilight images, a walkthrough video, a floor plan or a combination of some or all of these services. If you know you want several of the services, book them all at the same time as there is a discount when ordering three or more services.
What Time of Day Is Best for a Real Estate Photo Session?
It’s best to wait a few hours after the sun has come up so that we can utilize as much natural light as possible. I do use flash in my images, but I mix it with natural light. Ideally, it’s best to shoot between 9:30 am to late afternoon. The light of course changes in the winter as it gets dark sooner. If you want to do a twilight shoot, I would come a few hours before sunset to get the daylight interior and exterior images, then stay for the twilight exterior images.
How Do I Prepare for a Real Estate Photo Session?
The day before or morning of your photo shoot, have your home professionally cleaned and staged if that is within your budget. If it’s not in your budget, then you can stage it yourself. Think very minimalistic. You want to declutter your entire house and make it look as if no one lives there. Lol. Seriously though, you want your home to be as decluttered as possible. Psychologically when people see less clutter, the home looks and feels more inviting and appealing. The more people you can get interested in your home, the better obviously. Your home should be minimalistic but still have a warm welcoming feel to it so that people can imagine what it would be like if this was their home.
How Long Am I Licensed to Use the Images?
Licensing is granted for marketing purposes and lasts for the duration the house is actively listed.
